Favorite staging accessory:  a sculptural vase
Color Love: Mount Saint Anne by Ben Moore
Dream Work Day: Turning a vacant house into a home
Pam founded Spruce Interiors in 2008 after former careers in education and textbook publishing. Initially just a small staging consultancy, Spruce Interiors has grown to 3 employees and a staging warehouse.

Over the course of her 15-year career, Pam has helped hundreds of homeowners successfully style and stage their homes. Pam has been named among the nation's Top 10 Occupied Home Stagers and has been included on the Real Estate Staging Association’s list of Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.

The design side of Spruce has grown over the years expanding to include home color consultations to commercial office redesigns to multi-million dollar residential renovations.

Pam is a founding member of the New England  Chapter of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). A RESA-Approved Instructor, Pam regularly teaches an accredited course on the value of home staging for Realtors.  Pam's work has been featured in NH Magazine, The Portsmouth Herald and Coastal Design Magazine.

Liz Jacobs, Lead Stager/Designer

Favorite staging accessory: a good piece of art
Color Love: Sea Salt by Ben Moore
Dream Work Day: setting up vignettes for rooms while eating chocolate
Liz came to Spruce in 2016 as color consultant and quickly became indispensable. She has recently become our lead stager and has conducted many consultations and overseen the selection and installation of several vacant staging projects.

Liz has a degree in Interior Design from Endicott College and has worked for a variety of residential and commercial firms including Office Interiors, Knoll, and Ethan Allen. She is a member of the Design for Today Collaborative.

Her design expertise has been instrumental in all aspects of our work - from taking the lead on our color program to working with our commercial clients on renovation and remodeling projects.

We are so lucky to have Liz at Spruce. Even luckier are you if she comes over to your house.

Jen McCarthy, Associate Stager/Designer

Favorite staging accessory: Anything in an orb.
Color Love: Dragonfly, Ben Moore.
Dream Work Day: A bit of shopping and a bit of staging.
Jen McCarthy joined Spruce in 2021 as our Associate Stager/Designer and jumped right in to help with our warehouse move in June. Before she knew it, she was specifying tile and granite for design clients, and schlepping furniture to vacant staging installations.

A former elementary school teacher, Jen is thrilled to begin a new career in a field she already excelled in personally. If she touches it, it turns beautiful.

Jen received her staging certification in 2020 from Home Staging Resource. She is a member the Design for Today Collaborative and is a student of the School of Interiors. In no time at all, Jen has quickly become a trusted and valuable contributor to all we do at Spruce.
