Pam founded Spruce Interiors in 2008 after former careers in education and textbook publishing. Initially just a small staging consultancy, Spruce Interiors has grown to 3 employees and a staging warehouse.
Over the course of her 15-year career, Pam has helped hundreds of homeowners successfully style and stage their homes. Pam has been named among the nation's Top 10 Occupied Home Stagers and has been included on the Real Estate Staging Association’s list of Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate. The design side of Spruce has grown over the years expanding to include home color consultations to commercial office redesigns to multi-million dollar residential renovations. Pam is a founding member of the New England Chapter of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). A RESA-Approved Instructor, Pam regularly teaches an accredited course on the value of home staging for Realtors. Pam's work has been featured in NH Magazine, The Portsmouth Herald and Coastal Design Magazine. |

Liz came to Spruce in 2016 as color consultant and quickly became indispensable. She has recently become our lead stager and has conducted many consultations and overseen the selection and installation of several vacant staging projects.
Liz has a degree in Interior Design from Endicott College and has worked for a variety of residential and commercial firms including Office Interiors, Knoll, and Ethan Allen. She is a member of the Design for Today Collaborative. Her design expertise has been instrumental in all aspects of our work - from taking the lead on our color program to working with our commercial clients on renovation and remodeling projects. We are so lucky to have Liz at Spruce. Even luckier are you if she comes over to your house. |
