Favorite staging accessory:  a sculptural vase
Color Love: Sea Pine by Ben Moore
Dream Work Day: Turning a vacant house into a home
Pam founded Spruce Interiors in 2008 after former careers in education and textbook publishing. Initially just a small staging consultancy, Spruce Interiors has grown into a team of two and a 3500 sq. foot staging warehouse.

Over the course of her 17-year career, Pam has helped hundreds of homeowners successfully style and stage their homes. Pam has been named among the nation's Top 10 Occupied Home Stagers and has been included on the Real Estate Staging Association’s list of Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.

The design side of Spruce has grown over the years, offering a wide range of services including home color consultations, commercial office redesigns and multi-million dollar residential renovations.

Pam is a founding member of the New England  Chapter of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). A RESA-Approved Instructor, Pam regularly teaches an accredited course on the value of home staging for Realtors.  Pam's work has been featured in NH Chronicle, NH Magazine, The Portsmouth Herald and Coastal Design Magazine.

Liz Jacobs, Lead Stager/Designer

Favorite staging accessory: a good piece of art
Color Love: White Sesame by Sherwin Williams
Dream Work Day: setting up vignettes for rooms while eating chocolate
Liz came to Spruce in 2016 as color consultant and quickly became indispensable.

Liz' design expertise has been instrumental in all aspects of our work - from taking the lead on our color program to working with our commercial clients on renovation and remodeling projects. Most recently, Liz received the 2025 New Hampshire Home Magazine award for Best Design, Primary Suite, for her incredible work on the Marshside Oasis project in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

Liz has a degree in Interior Design from Endicott College and has worked for a variety of residential and commercial firms including Office Interiors, Knoll, and Ethan Allen.

We are so lucky to have Liz at Spruce. Even luckier are you if she comes over to your house.

Teddy

Picture
Favorite Toy: Spiky squeaky ball
Color Love:  Teddy doesn't do color
Dream Work Day: A romp on the beach or the woods

This is Teddy, studio dog extraordinaire.
If you visit us at Spruce, you may find Teddy basking in the sun or snuggled up on a few rug samples. Alternatively, he is often found trying to excavate a squeaky toy from underneath our staging furniture.
He barks loudly, but it's only to warn us that UPS has arrived....or it's just for attention, which he receives as enthusiastically as he gives.
Ted hates dressing up for work, but we forced him into the apron for his photo shoot. We think he looks pretty handsome.
