This personalized consultation provides you with a detailed written roadmap for getting your home ready for sale. We offer recommendations that are tailored specifically to your property, as well as your timeline, budget and ability. Our goal is to improve your listing photos and entice buyers to come for a showing. With our advice and summary report, you'll have all the tools to help your home make the very best first impression. 1.5- 2 hours.
Hands-on Staging: $150 per hour
If you need help executing our suggestions from the consultation, we will happily roll up our sleeves and dig in. Count on us to assist in any way necessary, be it shopping for props, styling your bookshelves, hanging art, or rearranging your furnishings. This is almost always the most effective path to get everything just right before your professional photos are taken and the world sees your home on the internet.
Photo Styling $150 per hour
For those clients just needing that finishing touch, we'll style your home for photos using your own items or a custom rental package with everything from lighting and soft textiles to art and accessories. We'll dress your home just before photos and make sure it's all perfect. Rental items priced separately.

Our 3500 square foot warehouse has all the furnishings and decorative items needed for staging your home, including lighting, art and accessories. As trained decorators, we understand how to visually represent the lifestyle associated with each property and choose items from our inventory to enhance each home’s architectural style. The goal of staging is to enhance each home’s image via listing photos and in-person showings. The resounding benefit is the ability to give buyers an immediate sense of how life would be in their new home. If they can see it, they can believe it.
