Home Staging

Pam and her team did a fantastic job staging our home when we sold it. We met with Pam in our home where she spent time carefully analyzing each space and how best to showcase that space to appeal to buyers. She was able to work in many of our furnishings with the items she brought to our home. The result was outstanding—our home sold in less than a week over asking price! We highly recommend Pam for her skills and attention to detail in decorating our home.

"Pam staged our house prior to going on the market. I wrote down every suggestion she made and did it all. This first layer of change made a big difference. It felt like I emptied out half of my house, but i could see the significant improvement. Then, I contacted her for the "deeper dive". I didn't fully share her vision, but I trusted her and I followed through on another 6 to 8 pages of notes. Wow! Giant improvement. Design

Absolutely love working with Pam. I had always, wrongly, thought an interior designer was for staging or for folks with new projects and a lot of money. I was so wrong. Pam is incredibly reasonable. She helped me pick out paint colors, lighting fixtures, kitchen countertops and tile. Also, rug colors and counter barstools and some furniture. She also helped with suggestions regarding where to put our furniture, helping us to think outside the box.  Her sense of color, space and light is what makes her so incredible insightful.  Even if you think you have a job which is "too small" for an interior designer -  think again and hire Pam. You will not be disappointed. A breath of fresh air!

Color

“Overwhelmed, stressed and facing a tight contractor deadline, we reached out to Pam for some help in paint color selection. She walks in, the picture of serenity, and announces “don’t worry, this is what I do”. And does she ever.  Inside of an hour and a half, we had selected several paint colors, talked through a different ceiling paint treatment for one room, and identified by name the existing paint color in another. Anxiety vanishes, stress subsides, and life is good again. We’ve experienced the “I know what’s best for you” type of design professional before. That is not Pam’s style. Her process is collaborative, respectful of client wishes and intuitive. She knows how to take her expertise and experience and synthesize it with client preferences.We’ll be knocking at her door again as our project progresses.”

​"In January we purchased a beautiful home in Greenland however wanted to immediately paint the house before we moved in. Pam met us at the house the same day we closed on the property and guided us to pick out colors for 7 rooms which included dining room, bath rooms, children bedrooms and more! She had an extensive reference selection of large paint swatches for the walls yet quickly narrowed in on recommendations for paint selections. All 7 rooms came out amazing and better than we ever anticipated and this is all due to Pam's guidance as we would have never picked out the perfect colors on our own.
